According to the meme, it's the top 100 books Big Read have published. Whoever they are - and that doesn't make sense either because I know for a fact LotR is published by Harper Collins. I thought it was maybe something to do with the BBC Big Read (http://www.bbc.co.uk/arts/bigread/top100.shtml) but though the list has similarities, they are different. There's a lot more Terry Pratchett on the BBC one and I've read a lot more of that list in total.
