Erk. I have an interview tomorrow morning for 3 months contract work with a Big Cheese company (not literally a cheese company, btw). And because the public transport here is notoriously unreliable, I will be getting the train before the one that should allegedly get me there at a reasonable time so will no doubt arrive hideously early. Obviously, if I was to take the reasonable-arrival-time train, it would be late and I would have to commit hara-kiri out of stress and shame. (I have a Thing about unpunctuality.)

Plus I hate interviews - my vocabulary regresses to small, stupid words and I start making inane hand gestures.

Ooh, a cheering squad! I used to have a trio of miniature imaginary cheerleaders for these types of things... they had little pompoms and silly routines and everything.

Er. Possibly that is the kind of thing I shouldn't bring up unless I want the men in the white coats to come around!

Thanks!
