life. don't talk to me about life.
Apr. 20th, 2005 09:47 pmStarted a job on Monday, which is going OK but will be much better when they stop making me read pages and pages of standard operating procedures and actually let me do something. God I'm so bored!
Plus I have an enormous blood-filled blister on my foot which has prevented me from going to a ceilidh tonight and I am very unhappy because I wanted to dance, damnit.
Also, said blister makes walking to the train station to get to my job rather unpleasant. Since I don't trust the one bus in an hour that would theoretically get me there in time to actually do what it claims, it also makes it a bit expensive as I may be forced to take a taxi if my foot isn't any happier tomorrow morning.
Grr. Argh.
So, if anyone feels like asking me 5 questions in the meme that's going around (see
buzzylittleb for details because I can't be arsed typing them) I may or may not answer depending on whether I'm still sulking or have gone to bed (I have to be up at 6.30 am).
